Tariff and terms
Rose Cottage Sidbury offers the following tariff and
bookings are subject to the terms set down below.
Rose Cottage is a non-smoking environment and does not cater for pets. |
Rate
The rate is £32 per person, per day, including room and full
breakfast. Dinner will be charged at £15.00 per person per day. Single occupancy of a Double room will be subject to a surcharge of £5.00 per night |
Deposit
A deposit of one nights stay is requested to confirm
reservations (£30 for single or £60 for double). Reservations can only be made subject to the rooms
being available on receipt of a deposit. In the event of cancellation
deposits are only returnable if the accommodation is subsequently
booked by another party. |
Settlement of accounts
We are happy to accept payment in cash, cheques, debit or credit cards. |
| Room availability
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must
be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless agreed
otherwise.
A property entrance key is provided and there is unrestricted
access during the day. Please let us know if you will be arriving
on your first day after 9 p.m.
Rose Cottage is unsuitable for children under 5 years of age.
